Directions

Apply a pea-size amount on the eyelid using the doe foot applicator.
Then, blend using a clean fingertip or a flat shadow brush from lash line up to the brow bone.
Allow to for Shadow Insurance Primer to dry, then blend shadow effortlessly on top.
