- Powder brush: take up loose or pressed powder with the tip of the brush. Tap to remove excess product. Apply a light veil, then blend outward.

- Crease brush: apply a dark colour to the crease of the eyelid. Move back and forth until you have the desired intensity. Take a lighter shade to blend with the first shade and achieve a smoky look.
