The Mugwort calming toner uses Mugwort extract to calm and heal irritated skin. This watery toner leaves your skin fresh while providing rich nutrients. Artemisia extract, with powerful anti-inflammatory properties, helps to reinforce the skin, making it stronger and more resilient.

Directions
