Directions

For optimal performance daily use is recommended after brushing and after snacks and meals (up to 3 times per day). Apply 3 pumps directly into mouth, then swill thoroughly for 30 seconds before spitting out - do not swallow. The foaming action means that you will get as many rinses from the 50ml bottle as you would from a larger, regular liquid mouthwash. Being only 50ml also means you can safely take it on your travels. Not recommended for children under 6 years.
