Complete your brow by defining hair strokes with the REFY ultra fine eyebrow pencil.

The REFY BROW PENCIL is high pigmented, with an ultra fine tip, allowing you to create defined brow hair strokes.

It comes in three colours: Light, Medium and Dark, they are all a shade darker than the pomade for 3D definition. The beauty of this eyebrow pencil is that you can build up each colour to create several different shades.

This is a double ended product, use the brush to gently blend products together at the end of your routine, to complete the perfect brow.

Long lasting and Smudge-proof, use after Stage 1.0 - Sculpt and Stage 2.0 - Pomade to complete your REFY brow.
