Directions

Make sure the shampoo and conditioner bottles are completely dry.
Take off the lid.
Hold the bottle with your less steady hand and REFILL with your stronger hand.
Place the top of the pouch into the bottle and squeeze it from the bottom up.
Screw the cap back onto the refill pouch.
