Directions

Apply morning and/or evening:

- Warm the milk between the palms of your hands.
- Apply using upward strokes, using your flat hand on your arm, and alternating flat hands on your stomach, thighs and buttocks.
- Make figure-of-eight movements to work the texture: apply pressure on the upward movement to push the tissues up and come down gently, without pressure, to bring them back in place.
