Directions
- Place a drop of hand cream on the back of one of your hands.
- Rub them together to spread the cream and nourish this area that needs it most.
- Then rub your palms together, paying particular attention to your fingers.
If you wish, you can massage each of your fingers from your palm to the fingertips, finishing with a gentle circular massage over your nails.
