-BLEND WITH YOUR FINGERTIPS, A BRUSH, OR SPONGE. BUILD FOR MORE COLOR PAYOFF. USE ON COLLARBONES, SHOULDERS, AND LEGS FOR AN ALL OVER SHEEN. TO REMOVE INNER DISK, GENTLY TWIST OFF. DON'T FLICK OR PULL.
