HOW TO USE
To open up the eyes, apply a light shade; to intensify the look, apply a dark shade; and for a playful touch, choose a vibrant color.

-\tEyeliner: line the upper lash line from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye.

-\tWaterline: apply along the waterline to instantly intensify the eyes. Blend with a precise brush if desired.

-\tEyeshadow: apply on the eyelid, then blend with a brush for a soft, diffused effect.

PRO TIP
Aqua Resist Color Pencil can also be used as an eyeshadow base: color in the eyelid, then apply a powder eyeshadow on top.
