Directions

Apply the Cils Booster eyelash primer from the roots to the tips of the lashes. You can use it on both the lower and upper lashes.


Before Cils Booster XL dries, apply Hypnôse volumizing mascara in a zig-zag movement to catch all lashes on the lash fringe.

Finish your look with Brôw Define Eyebrow Pencil for perfectly defined brows.
