Directions

Suggested Usage:
-Place lip liner just outside the natural lip line, on the white part of lips.
-Always apply using upward strokes.
-For true bulletproof wear, apply Everlasting Lip Liner all over lips, then layer a matching shade of Everlasting Liquid Lipstick on top.
