Directions
1. No primer necessary, but if you do use one, apply and let it dry.
2. Using your finger or a small fluffy brush, apply across your lid and blend.
3. Add more until you achieve your chosen depth of colour.
4. To layer, start with the lightest shade and gradually move to darker.
5. Blend away with your finger or a brush to make the colours transition into each other seamlessly.
