Directions
\For a skin plumped with youth, discover Guerlain skincare facialists' application technique.
Step 1: gently shake the bottle.
Step 2: take the equivalent of a pipette full, around 10 drops, and warm in the palms of your hands.
Step 3: using the palms of your hands, smooth into the skin, starting in the middle of the face and moving outwards.
Step 4: replump by making fists with your hands, placing them on your cheeks, then making upward rotating movements.
The Youth Watery Oil Serum deeply repairs¹ the skin and corrects the visible signs of ageing to restore plumpness and radiance, and visibly fill wrinkles. For enhanced anti-aging action, apply the Double R Renew & Repair Advanced Serum for a double peeling and lifting effects. I absolutely love it

Firstly because it’s different than other face oils I’ve tried so far due to its watery consistency. It also has some beads inside that melt easily into skin and it absorbs fast leaving the skin feeling soft without feeling greasy.
It has an amazing scent, and I really love the packaging with all the bees details and everything.
That is the reason why this face oil serum is always in my skincare routine and I have it in all possible sizes.

A fabulous ‘non oily oil’ that leaves skin looking

It is really light and fully absorbs in no time, leaving skin feeling soft and moisturised with a youthful, radiant glow. It has a subtle, pleasant fragrance which adds to the invigorating overall feeling. Fine lines are plumped and less noticeable and it works equally well under moisturisers or make up. A fantastic quality product that I will repeat purchase and recommend.

Magic in a bottle

Beautiful, luxurious skincare experience
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Guerlain Abeille Royale Youth Watery Oil Serum as a sample to review. I have been using this for a few weeks now and can summarise it as a surprising, luxurious skincare experience. The product is not at all what I expected, and exceeded all my expectations for an oil-based beauty serum. I am not a usual fan of oily serums, as every time I tried one I felt it was heavy on the skin and overpowering. This is not the case here, the product has the consistency you would usually find in a toner. The formula is very lightweight, it does not feel oily, and it absorbs very quickly into the skin. The product contains some golden micro-beads, which sit at the bottom of the bottle. You will need to shake the bottle to have these distribute throughout and capture them with the pipette provided. I personally found it better to apply the product firstly in the palms of the hands and then into my face, as the formula is very liquid. Once applied, the product is highly hydrating, without making the skin feel glowing and not oily. The packaging is very beautiful and feels of premium-quality. The product has a lovely floral scent, specific to an actual fragrance. Overall, a very luxurious experience of applying and using the product. I am happy I incorporated this product into my skincare routine and having this sit aesthetically in my bathroom cabinet.

Results as expected for a popular brand
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product came in nice packaging. I didn’t notice a particular scent but it wasn’t unpleasant. The texture on application was nice but once on face it felt quite greasy and made my face look wet. I liked the effect it had overall but would not use it everyday. I think the price is quite high compared to the results but I will continue to use it regardless.
