Haloscope Balm Dewy Highlighter Stick with sheer crystal shimmer (from actual crystals) that glides over skin for a glowy, dewy sheen.

This dewy highlighter is a two-in-one, shimmer-and-glow combo. The outer halo contains crystal extracts for an all-day glow that's not glittery, paired with a solid, vitamin-enriched, oil-based inner core which glides over skin for a hydrated, dewy finish.

Directions

- Glide highlighter stick directly onto the highest points of the face (cheekbones, tip of the nose, brow bone, cupid's bow).
- For a halo effect, apply highlighter stick in half-halo around each eye (brow bone to cheekbone).
- Tap lightly with fingertips to blend edges.
- For added dewiness, slide fingertip over the surface of the stick and dab near inner corners of eyes.
