Base note: And to further amplify the powerful depths of ACQUA DI GIÒ PROFONDO PARFUM is the ambery, fruity cistus absolute at the fragrance's base. Extracted from a shrub that grows along the Mediterranean coastline, the note is obtained from the plant's twigs and leaves via solvent extraction. This creates a note that is both ambery and woody, lending a deep, warm dry-down effect to ACQUA DI GIÒ PROFONDO PARFUM. Blending with the cistus absolute is resinous vetiver essence, with a smoky effect, and a woody mineral accord that brings a powerfully aquatic and resinous aspect
