Directions

Apply Weleda Arnica Massage Balm to the skin.

Adults the elderly and children over 12 years: Apply sparingly to the affected area with gentle massage 3-4 times daily. Ideally Massage Balm should be used after a warm bath or shower, while the skin is still damp. SHAKE THE BOTTLE.

Do not apply to broken skin. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, you are pregnant or breastfeeding or under 12 years old. May stain clothing if used in excess. Discard 3 months after opening.
