Directions
The ideal gentle AM and PM cleanser. Gently massage a small amount onto dampened face and neck, add water, then rinse thoroughly.

Great product

Amazing
Genuinely shocked at how well this works. Was expecting it to take a few goes but no, only a small amount took my makeup off so well. I never do reviews but I felt the need to with this because of how genuinely good it is. My makeup melted off in minutes and didn't hurt my eyes taking off a tubing mascara. Extremely impressed.

Must have cleanser
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this, I use it as a first cleanse and it's gentle and hydrating. I've recently had seborrheic dermatitis around my nose and chin so have have gone back to basics to repair my skin barrier and gave this a try after reading the reviews and I'm so glad I did. Wouldn't want to be without it now. I love the slightly grainy texture as it seems to exfoliate without drying.

Love the product.... packaging needs to be remodled
I have been using this product for around 2 years now and love the product. What I do not like is the tube it comes in, at times it's hard to squeeze out, you have a lot of wastage unless you cut the top of the tube and access it that way, this would be much better in a pot .... please reconsider the packaging

Love this stuff
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have combination skin and it can tend to be dry on the cheeks and oily on the nose - as you’d expect for combo skin but this cleansing balm is lovely. Nourishing enough to keep the dry bits from being dry and not too thick or greasy to make the oily bits worse. Its not greasy at all actually but you know what I mean

Really didn’t get on with this
Tried this because I know it’s so many people’s holy grail oil cleanser but it just didn’t work for me. Does not emulsify very well and cannot for the life of me ever manage to wash off all the residue. Separates really easily too.

I'm worried I would be over-stripping my skin since I use a water based cleanser that contains Salicylic acid & also use the Paula's choice 2% BHA exfoliant. Would this be too much to add to my routine?
This cleanser would be soothing because it contains oats. I would consider using just one product containing BHA to ensure you don't damage your skin barrier. I have several cleansers at a higher price point but always have this cleanser because it is fab
