Great for coarse hair
I think this is a great product for thick, coarse and damaged hair. Most people recommend to keep this on 15-20 minutes, then rinse, however my hair benefited most by keeping it on for about an hour. I also wouldn’t say using it every hair wash, or even weekly, is necessary because it is strong. After about 2 weeks I saw results and I loved it.
