Directions
After shower or bath, apply REN Atlantic Kelp And Magnesium Anti-fatigue Body Cream over skin and massage with long strokes from legs upwards until fully absorbed. A small amount will go a long way.

Helps with restless legs
Purchased as I suffer from restless legs and heard that magnesium is good for it.
Definitely helped and not much needed when applying. The only downside is that the cream is so thick it keeps clogging the pump, so very difficult to get out of the bottle!

Lovely Smell.
Smells delicious and sinks into the skin well. Whether or not it helps with muscle fatigue I'm not sure, but nonetheless its a great product.

Container is recycled
