This moisture-regulating formula leaves your hair smooth, shiny and manageable.

Directions

- Apply to wet hair and lather, gently kneading the scalp for 60 seconds.
- Rinse well and repeat if necessary.
- Follow with the appropriate Philip Kingsley Conditioner and Scalp Toner.
