Philip Kingsley Density Stimulating Scalp Toner instantly invigorates the scalp, while helping to target imbalances for a healthy scalp environment.

Philip Kingsley's residue-free formula refreshes the scalp, while helping to improve hair quality, shine and strength.

Directions

After washing and towel drying the hair, tilt your head back and apply directly to the scalp from the nozzle in 1” (3cm) sections.

Massage in with fingertips. A cooling, tingling sensation can be expected. Do not rinse. Style as usual.

Use daily on a damp or dry scalp for maximum benefit.
