The fragrance was too strong.
I have lung damage and sensitive skin. The shampoo and conditioner made my face itch when my hair touched it and the fragrance burned my lungs and made me sneeze.

Love love love.
I had switched to a new hair set earlier this year and I was very unsatisfied. I went back to OUAI and it really is just the best. It makes my hair feel so soft, sleek (no flyaways), strong, and less breakage/falling out in shower and while brushing. And it smells AMAZING!

Super silky hair!
My very fine hair feels really soft and silky after both the shampoo and conditioner, as it air dries I find that it has way more volume than my hair ever does, and I’m absolutely in love with the scent of both products!
