Directions

1. Wet hair thoroughly.
2. Put a small amount of shampoo in the palm of one hand and rub your palms together to activate the shampoo.
3. Massage into hair working from root to tip for a feather-soft lather.
4. If needed, add water for more lather.
5. Rinse completely from scalp to ends.
6. Repeat if necessary.

Will this strip the colour out of my hair?

Yes it will if you wash regularly with that shampoo. In my experience, it's always best to use a specific one for coloured hair.
