Does not work like it used to
They must have changed the formula. Bought a new tube after my old one ran out and it does not work at all. Eye shadow is smearing and coming off after a couple hours. Would not recommend.

THE BEST
This is the absolute best eye base for me. I stray and try something else, but they always disappoint and I return to this product. It works so well on my super oily eyelids; this is a HG product.
