Directions
Step 1
After cleansing in the morning and/or evening, use a clean finger to apply a small amount as needed.
Step 2
Rub in gently and allow to dry. Slight tingling is normal.
How to Layer Blemish SOS
AM: Use Blemish SOS after cleansing. Follow with your vitamin C serum and finally, your sunscreen.
PM: Cleanse, tone and apply Blemish SOS. Follow with Crystal Retinal and finally, your moisturiser.

This will NOT be my last tube!
I was sceptical at first with the size of the tube, but a little does go a very long way! Not only do I dab this on the odd blemish that appears (which subsequently does reduce redness and size of spots overnight, in my case) but I also smear a very small amount thinly over the round part of my nose (where my pores are very apparent) - I initially did this every night. I don’t put this in the crease of the nose, just the round part - what a game changer. Within two/three days my pores looked clear, not a blackhead in sight. Now that my pores are clear, I use this every two/three nights to keep on top of it. I will definitely purchase this Blemish SOS again.

Reduces blemishes fast
Dries out blemishes within a night or two. It’s sightly drying and does not seem to prevent pigmentation which for Medik8 reputation left me a bit disappointed. However, I think this is a great SOS if you have one to two breakouts a month or a special date coming up. Not my favourite, but still a good product as a back up.

Does the job!
I only use this on the odd spot/blemish that pops up and I find the sos does the trick, it’s better if used overnight but after a couple of hours I find said spot has calmed and not so red, I’ve knocked a star off because the product leaks a little in the cap when it’s stood upright so I have to turn it upside down so I don’t lose any.

Faster acting spot cream!
Fast acting spot cream when the hormones kick in. It can dry out the skin after using for a couple of days so remember to moisturise after. It will kill the spot quickly and I only use this product for spot treatment.

It really works
I get hormonal acne from time to time and Blemish SOS always does the job when applied on time. I need to mention that won’t always work on cysts (I usually get them before my period), but it works with all other types of spots. It’s a staple in my routine.
