Directions
Use Chroma Crème in alteration with your regular shampoo and adapt the leave-on time depending on desired degree of neutralisation, from 2 to 5 minutes

Not great
Had a huge hopes for this shampoo, given that other L'Oréal Professionnel shampoos are really good. However, this one was disappointing, whilst being very bright blue and staining/clinging on any dry patch of skin, in terms of hair toning it didn't do anything. It did make hair very soft, but did not alter tone in any way and didn't seem worth the high price tag.

Prolongs ash tones in hair
Product was recommended by my hairdresser to keep copper/gold tones away. Mid to dark brown hair (full head colour) - prefer ash tones but hair fades and warms quickly. This shampoo helps to keep the ash tones and delay the warmth. Feels good on my hair.
