Unusable - formula change
This has been my favourite lip balm for probably 10 years. An essential purchase. Always left my lips buttery soft. A little went a long way.
However, with my most recent purchase of this lip balm, this has changed.
The formula has been changed. Now, this lip balm has a weird chemical tang that sits at the back of your throat after using. It's making my lips cracked and dry, not soft. It rubs off within 10 minutes, and is thin and pale.
I will never be buying this again. I don't even want to use the tube I have. You'd be better off just buying vaseline for a fraction of the cost. Such a shame.

Changed formula
I have been using for years but now the formula seems to have changed and my lips are dry and cracked using this product. This is very disappointing and now I’ll have to look for an alternative product.

Changed the ingredients
I have been using this lip balm for years. I recently bought a new tube and it has caused my lips to dry and irritation. They have changed the ingredients completely. I would have alway recommend, however I won’t be any long. Tribble!

I’ve used this balm for years and now the formular has changed the colour is white and not golden I wondered why my lips are more chapped and it’s this changed in product do not buy!
