I have been using Clinique for years but using Kiehls for just a few months my face feels so much better and so much fresher I wish I had use this years ago I would recommend this to all my family and friends excellent

Selected wrong moisturiser
I love Kiehl’s facial fuel and if I had selected the one which I normally get I would have rated 5 stars. This formula is good but it doesn’t absorb into the skin as good as the normal moisturiser. Inspected the one with SPF in so I guess this had something to do with it. Still though great fresh feeling.

Facial gold
I know it’s actually facial fuel but I couldn’t get hold of it for 6 weeks and the glow on my face went this is a great everyday moisture for your face 5/5 rating

I need to apply copious amounts to moisturise
Not sure if my skin is particularly dry at present but I find myself having to use large amounts of the cream, otherwise my forehead just feels really dry and flaky. Given the price of a tube it's a bit disappointing as other, far cheaper brands seem to provide better moisture for my skin with smaller quantities. On the plus side, the SPF seems to be doing the trick in terms of sun protection and once I've applied the sufficient amount it feels nice on my skin and not greasy at all.

Poor product. Very oily and makes eyes sore
I used this for the first time and was immediately confused by the blue runny consistency (having used the Ultra SPF before, which is great). Very oily consistency, sore on eyes (I did not put anywhere near my eyes), and not anything like the previous product. SPF should also be increased from SPF19. Do not recommend.

Bring back the old formula
The new formula is a completely different product to the old SPF15 version, polar opposite.
Old formula was Matt, thick and off white in colour. New formula is thin, greasy and blue.
Why change the product and then state in the previous feedback that the product has not changed. People who have used this product for year can tell instantly upon first use it has changed.
If you can’t trust a brand to be honest about reformulation you should spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
