Fantastic better than high end
I’ve tried so many foundations, Mac, YSL, Loreal, Dior, Estée Lauder etc and this is just the best! I’m 41. It was on offer and thought I’d give it a go, so pleased I did. Don’t discontinue this please! I don’t get why more people aren’t talking about this! You need a new campaign or to hit tiktok because if the young ones knew how good this was you’d make a fortune!!

What a super foundation, My favourite!
This is a great crème foundation. You can build up the coverage to medium high coverage or with a dampened sponge, get sheer coverage. it doesn't settle into pores, and fine lines. It has a moisturising feel, without being greasy or shiny. It also lasts all day!! This is the best foundation I've ever tried, for not settling into the large pores on my nose. A wider shade range, would be nice. I use Vanilla Shell, which as far as i can see is the lightest shade. If my skin tone was lighter then there wouldn't be a shade for me.

Future refill option?
Love this and have been using it since the 1980’s! But disappointed these days that there isn’t an option to purchase refills instead of a whole new compact but perhaps that’s something that can be considered.

The best for a flawless finish
I used to buy this years ago and decided to try it again, 30 years later. Initially, I wasn't impressed but after watching a video on YouTube, I realised I was applying it incorrectly - you press it into the skin using a damp sponge, building coverage as you go. Amazing results! Skin really is flawless. Will buy again. Beats many foundations hands down

I currently use bare minerals foundation in fairly light but would like to try a compact. Could anyone advise on the colour I should get of the Elizabeth Ardent compact?

The most similar shade in the Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish Sponge On Cream Makeup would be 'Vanilla'
This is for fair to light complexions with a golden undertone.

I used to use flawless finish golden beige 47 compact,was perfect for me, can't get it anymore. I then used vanilla, it was too yellow.I am using porcelain beige now, but too pink. Looking for something neutral? Thanks.

The shade that looks most neutral out of all of them is 'Softly Beige 1'
This is for light to medium complexions.
The rest of the shade either have a golden undertone or a rosy undertone.
