This cleanser will look and foam like a traditional shampoo, but it contains much gentler ingredients that will not dry curls out, so it is suitable for frequent washes and colour safe. It is also enriched with proteins and fortifying actives that will help strengthen the hair and protect it from breakage.
For all curl types, and even straight hair! Particularly beneficial for weak, damaged hair. Suitable for any hair thickness. Particularly recommended to people with medium to high porosity hair, can be used by low porosity hair because of its low protein content.

Directions
- Apply generously to wet hair.
- Massage vigorously into your scalp to break down dirt and product build-up.
- Rinse off thoroughly.
- If your hair is weak and damaged, follow with the Curlsmith Multi-Tasking Conditioner and style with your favourite Curlsmith products.

Perfect!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am over the moon with this shampoo, it completely transformed mine and my mom's hair after first use. I have 2c waves and my mom has 3c curls, so I love that it worked for both of us even though we have different curl types. It made our curls more defined, bouncier and shinier. Hair looks and feels so healthy now, as it should. It is expensive, but a little goes a long way and I won't be using it everytime I wash my hair to avoid protein overload. After doing some research I've learned it's finding a balance between moisture and protein (we were over-moisturised before, lacking in protein but it can go the other way so incorporate moisturising products into your routine as well as using this, I'd say). Also bought and used the Multi Tasking Conditioner, great combo! I hope this helps and it works for you too.

Didn’t lather well on first
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Didn’t lather well on first wash so repeated and got a bit more. Not sure if that’s what I’m meant to do but hair feels clean and fresh without being stripped. I have dry, fine hair. Followed with glow perfecting conditioner and happy with the results.

Curls are less frizzy

Worst products for curly hair
This is hands down the worst product for curly hair. Despite following every recommendation from the Curlsmith quiz, my curls ended up limp, dehydrated, and frizzy. The attached image of my Curlsmith results starkly contrasts with my usually soft, separated ringlet curls. I deeply regret falling for the hype and wasting my money.

Curlsmith became my favourite brand
Curlsmith became my favourite brand after the first use.
I completed the quiz and ordered suggested products for my hair type, to my surprise the order was delivered the next day.
My hair is much stronger and healthier now, I love all the selected products.
