Highly recommend this
As I started using a really good eyebase, I had to get a powerful eye make-up remover and this is it. It's gentle on the skin but takes off the most ardent make-up.

Inconvenient bottle!
The bottle is terrible! I've had it for a few months and trying almost every day to open the product, but the cap just won't go off, even though I was following instructions on the packaging!!

Flawed product design
Terrible product design, not sure how it got past quality control. I am unable to open the lid, it tells you that you need to push down and twist the lid to open but this did not work. I am therefore unable to use the product. I was sent a new bottle and had the same problem. I also know of someone else who had the same problem.

The cap is broken
We opened it once the sealed it again only to come back and open it for the cap to be completely stuck everyone tried to open it to no success, a bad design flaw.

Simply doesnt work
I purchased this product with high hopes given Clinique's reputation. I was very disappointed. I used it to try to remove mascara only (a simple enough job) the next morning I woke with "panda eyes". I've complained to Clinique.

Lid!
This works as it's supposed to, I found it to be smooth and efficient, but the lid assumes I'm a child! Is it me or is the lid really awkward to get off? That has actually put me off using it and when in a hurry I tend to go back to another product I've still got.

Great product.... Terrible bottle!
This is a great product, it removes all traces of eye/lip makeup fabulously. However the bottle top is terrible, it has a medicine style safety cap that is a battle to remove, I have bruised my hand it is so difficult!! Clinique please change the cap on such a great product

Are the contents supposed to go back to 50 50% after being shaken? I have a bottle that was completely cloudy when it arrived, several hours later the lower part is 40% clear and the top remains 60% cloudy. Is this how it should be?
Yes it always goes back, you just need to shake it each time before use.

Yes it does, I used it on holiday and it took it off.

The Clinique Take The Day Off Make-Up Remover for Lids, Lashes & Lips is not recommended to be used on the facial skin.
I would recommend using the Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Milk on your skin to remove foundation and then the Lids, Lashes & Lips remover for the rest of the face.
