The only thing I would say is that it can be tiny little bit more 'chalky' in feel than other foundations but I guess thats because of its super matte qualities.

I use L’Oréal Paris infallible 24hr fresh wear (15 porcelain) & have just started using Clinique super city block underneath. Want something longer lasting that doesn’t settle into pores and want to know if this is a good option/which shade would be best?

I would suggest to pop into a Clinique Counter and ask to book for a shade matching trial a make up session, it is free and help to get the best outcome. The shades differ from product to product. However, due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, you might want to try and connect with Clinique online and request sampling, explaining that you want to try shades to identify which suit you best.
