Directions
Shake well. Spritz a small amount on dry or towel-dried hair from root to tip. For extra volume, just hit the roots.

So I have a slight love hate relationship with this spray. Having used it a few times, I realize you have to be very light handed or maybe it's just hair hair texture (prone to get oily in a day)
The spray will give your hair the grip to hold styles and look fuller, so that's always a plus. But it feels heavy and kind of sticky to the touch. That part I don't like.
For beach waves and tousled hair, this is great!
