Very good
My hair are nice and shiny after using it and I haven't noticed them being damaged. Very simple in use.

Really pulls on hair
I have tried many curling tools and have to say was disappointed with this ! The size curl is perfect but really pulls on hair and on off button is just where your fingers automatically go so annoyingly keeps going off
