The soft, velvety texture melts into an oil on contact with skin for a sensorial cleansing experience, leaving skin perfectly cleansed, soothed and silky-soft.

Directions
- Scoop a pea sized amount onto dry skin and gently massage in circular motions. - Add a splash of warm water to emulsify and rinse thoroughly. - Follow with preferred second cleanser. How to Recycle: Unscrew lid, rinse out container and recycle in normal household plastic waste.

Excessive Plastic & Small, Disappointing Product
I recently purchased the BYOMA Melting Balm Cleanser, and I have to say, I’m deeply disappointed—not just with the product itself - which doesn't wash off waterproof make up - but with the shocking amount of plastic packaging it comes with. In an era where the climate crisis is an undeniable reality, this level of waste is completely unjustifiable, especially for such a small amount of product.
The company touts itself as "sustainable" because they offer a few refill options, but this is blatant greenwashing. It feels like a hollow marketing gimmick rather than a genuine effort to reduce environmental impact. There are countless other brands on the market that offer truly sustainable alternatives—many of which come in 100ml sizes, use far less plastic, or utilise genuinely eco-friendly packaging like glass or aluminum (such as REN, Wilde Sage +, Conscious Skin care and even Liz Earle)
To make matters worse, the cleanser itself is subpar. It doesn’t perform any better (and in some cases worse) than those sustainable options I mentioned. I also purchased an eye serum from BYOMA, and the over-the-top packaging issue was the same story.
If you’re looking for effective, sustainable skincare, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. BYOMA needs to seriously rethink their approach to both product quality and environmental responsibility.

THE BEST BALM!
Purchased this on a whim. I wanted to start double cleansing and thought this would be a decent start, it really is! I only wear mascara but it glides off when cleansing with this balm. I’ve recommended to my friends who wear a full face and they agree that it takes their makeup off easily. Really nice texture and hasn’t broke me out once. 10/10 woooop

Best Balm Around
I have used many balms over the years and Clinique was my HOLY GRAIL until I stumbled upon this balm and bought it on a whim. I was skeptical at first, but it really did what it needed to do !! I use a two step cleanse ( I feel this works better imo) this is my first step and I notice that there is no left over product on my face.

A wonder balm!
This is a wonder balm! Gentle yet effective, it is perfect as part of by double cleanse routine. The product has a lovely herbal and menthol scent and emulsifies easily. Perfect product!
